This session will commence with a summary of the state of mobile adoption and population behaviors, setting the stage for why mobile matters. We will then provide an analysis of what mobile research is being conducted across the industry and within our company, followed by an overview of practical advice for how to ensure success when surveying mobile participants. Design and fielding best practices will be shared, along with the “Ten Commandments” of mobile research. Attendees will return to their day jobs with a vision for what is possible in terms of mobile research and several key steps to getting started.
